Information we collect

We only collect what we need to give you an estimate and do the work:

• Information you type into our estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you need, details about your project and anything you write in the message field.
• Information you send us directly by text message, phone call or email, including photos of your space that you choose to send.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your device type and the pages you viewed, which we use to understand whether the site is working.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your bank account details or any payment card information through this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and schedule a free estimate.
• To prepare and send you a written scope and price.
• To contact you about the job while it is happening, and afterward if you ask us to come back.
• To keep records required for our business and tax obligations.

Text messages and calls

When you submit the form or text us, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us, and HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it and we do not trade it. We share it only in these cases:

• With the service providers that run our form delivery, email and customer records, and only so they can operate those tools for us.
• With a trade partner working on your job, such as a plumber, when your project requires it and only with the details they need to do the work.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only what it needs to function and to measure traffic. If we run advertising, the advertising platforms may set their own cookies to measure whether an ad worked. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies at any time. Blocking them does not stop you from using this site or from contacting us.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. When we no longer need them, we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email everflooringusa@gmail.com and we will take care of it. Some records we may need to keep for legal or accounting reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.

Children

This site is meant for adults hiring a flooring company. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
