Bathroom Remodeling questions
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Usually 1 to 2 weeks depending on the size and what we find behind the walls. You get the real schedule at the estimate.
Will I have a bathroom while you work?
The one we are working on, no. We plan around the rest of the house and tell you which days are the disruptive ones.
Do you do the plumbing yourself?
We do the tile, flooring and carpentry. Plumbing gets handled by the right trade, and it is written on the scope so you know exactly who is doing what.
Can you turn my tub into a walk in shower?
Usually yes. It depends on where the drain is and what is under the floor, which is the first thing we look at during the walkthrough.
What happens if you find rot?
You hear about it that day, with what it costs to fix it, before we go any further. Nothing gets covered up quietly.
Which areas do you remodel in?
