Can you work after hours?
Yes. Evenings, weekends or phased by section so part of the space stays open. Tell us the constraint and we will build the schedule around it.
How long does a commercial floor take?
It depends on square footage and how much prep the slab needs. We give you a date range at the site walk and the schedule in writing.
Do you remove glued down carpet or VCT?
Yes, including grinding the old adhesive off the slab. That step is where cheap commercial bids cut, and it is why their floors fail early.
What products do you install?
Commercial rated LVT and plank, sheet goods, and tile. We match the product to the traffic in each zone instead of running one spec everywhere.
Can you work with my landlord or property manager?
Yes. Give us the contact and the building rules and we will work inside them.
